Position Overview:

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. This role requires the ability to work both collaboratively and independently, demonstrating strong judgment, sophisticated reasoning, and strategic thinking.

The Office Manager must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, be responsive and adaptable, and take a holistic approach to supporting personnel and office operations, including independently handling IT-related issues and providing HR operational support in close collaboration

with the Korea headquarters.

 

Key Responsibilities

[Office & General Affairs]

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and welcoming work environment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees’ office related requests, ensuring timely and effective support
  • Manage office supplies and consumables, including purchasing and inventory control
  • Provide general office duties like filing, data entry, and administrative support for business travel arrangements
  • Maintain and update calendars, book appointments, coordinate events (both offline and online), arrange logistics for meetings (and sometimes travel), greet visitors, relay messages , confirm schedules with staff/(external clients) and assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and optimizing resource use.
  • Support internal communications and office wide announcements
  • Maintain office policies and procedures and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency


[IT / Security Support]

  • Coordinate and manage IT equipment setup for new hires (e.g., laptops, monitors, and other IT assets)
  • Provide first-level support for IT-related issues and communicate effectively with the IT team at the Korea headquarters


 

[HR Support]

  • Maintain HR data for the U.S. office, including employee information and employment status

Support benefits and insurance administration

  • Collaborate and communicate with the Korea headquarters on HR and operational matters, including interview processes and new hire onboarding support


Specific Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills Industry exposure is a plus, but not required
  • Technologically savvy including proficiency in Microsoft Products (i.e. Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), etc.
  • Knowledge of Concur & Workday is strongly recommended
